Proven batch or continuous physical chemical treatment techniques are successfully applied for the detoxification of cyanides, nitrites and chromate and heavy metals removal from waste water streams.
Treatment further includes for neutralisation and solids removal with the option of recycling through the addition of filtration and ion exchange.
With the new global focus on environmental problems, cleaning up our waste water and air streams resulting from chemical processes, has become an obligation.
VJL’s comprehensive range of water treatment and air scrubbing systems meet with these challenges and requirements.
Fume abatement applications include wet scrubbing or dry demisting of fumes generated by manufacturing processes, i.e. metal finishing, acid pickling, vibratory finishing and general chemical blending operations.
